MOSCOT: 100 Years of Being Original December 02 2015

After arriving at Ellis Island from Eastern Europe in 1899, Hyman Moscot began selling ready-made eyewear from a push cart in Manhattan's Lower East Side. By 1915, he had a steady following and was able to open a retail location. With frames worn by everyone from Gandhi to Terry Richardson, MOSCOT frames have become a part of American history.

Here's to another 100 years, MOSCOT.
